We are looking for an Administration Staff for Staffing – Summer Job in Södermalm

At Fri Assistans, we provide personal assistance under the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). We have assignments throughout Stockholm County and employ around 250 staff members. Our clients have diverse needs, and no two workplaces are alike. Our operations run 24/7, and a significant part of our work ensures that assistance assignments have functional staffing. Your Role

We are now looking for someone to strengthen our administrative operations during the summer, primarily focusing on staffing. This involves receiving incoming absence notifications and other urgent matters, as well as filling vacant shifts with suitable substitutes. We work according to a well-developed system, and you will receive thorough training and learn everything you need to know.

About You

You should have a strong sense of service and enjoy interacting with many different people. Communication takes place via phone, SMS, and email, so you must have fluent Swedish and be comfortable expressing yourself both verbally and in writing. You also need to be patient and able to remain calm even in high-pressure situations. Experience and/or knowledge of personal assistance is considered a major advantage. Previous experience in staffing is, of course, a further plus.

Job Details and Conditions

We are looking for someone who wants to work with us at our office in Södermalm during July, specifically weeks 28, 29, 30, and 31. Working hours are office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:30. The work can be performed remotely/from home for one or several days per week. This position is ideal for someone with another main job who wants a summer position and perhaps wishes to broaden their knowledge in the HR field.

Since we have lower staffing levels during the summer, you will work closely with two of our colleagues during July. We are here to support you, and we all help each other out, but we need extra backup because summers can be hectic (though with good planning, they can also be calm!).
