The primary school/adapted primary school operation is part of the Education Administration. The operation comprises 21 primary schools as well as adapted primary school, and the total number of students is approx. 4,500. Four of the primary schools are upper secondary schools, while the others, with a few exceptions, cover grades F-6. The operation also includes leisure center activities.

Job Responsibilities

At Klockrike School, we have high ambitions and we collaborate in our wonderful team, all to maintain high quality and have fun at work because we know it yields results for the students. The school is looking for a teacher with an inclusive approach who has structured and varied teaching. You will teach Swedish, mathematics, English, Science (NO), Social Studies (SO), Technology, and Music. The job responsibilities include planning, teaching, assessment, and shared mentorship at the intermediate level.

In Klockrike, learning is in focus, and we help each other and work together because that is when it works best. At our "small" rural school, it is required that we mix age groups. You will be responsible for grades F-1 with support from your colleagues in the work team and the leisure center. Together is our motto!

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a degree and teacher certification with eligibility to teach Swedish, mathematics, English, SO, NO, and Technology in grades F-3. It is meritorious if you are eligible in Music or have experience teaching the subject.

As a primary school teacher, you are a good role model. You have good cooperation skills and find it easy to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues because we know this is the foundation for success as a teacher. You have good communicative skills and find it easy to express yourself well both verbally and in writing. You have good knowledge of the school's mission and are well acquainted with the curriculum and other regulatory documents. Based on this, you have the ability to adapt your teaching to the students and let them participate in the design of the teaching. You create good conditions for the students' development and learning. You are loyal to decisions made.

You are stable and confident in yourself, handle stress in a constructive way, and maintain a good mood under pressure and setbacks. You maintain a realistic perspective on situations and focus on the right things. It is required that you work well with other people and relate to them in a listening and flexible manner. You can adapt and find win-win solutions through a status-free focus on the common goal. You have the resources required for change or problem-solving. You do your best by doing what you can right now, and you quickly find solutions to emerging problems.

You find it easy to adapt, develop, and learn new things after changed requirements, conditions, or circumstances. You see possibilities in changes and can also change your mindset and approach. Just like us, you think you have the best job in the world!
