We are looking for an engaged and positive personal assistant for a pleasant woman in her 70s, residing in Jakobsberg, Järfälla. Applicants should ideally be between 30–60 years old, but we primarily value your maturity and experience. Experience in healthcare and/or social care is advantageous, but your personal suitability weighs just as heavily. The ability to follow routines and master the Swedish language fluently, both in speech and writing, is essential for the role.

The client has a muscle disease and relies on her personal assistant for personal care, household chores, transfers, and general assistance. As a person, you are encouraged to be proactive, social, structured, and have a good sense of humor, to fit well into the work and thrive within the team.

The work involves 24/7 assistance with scheduled hours during the day from 08:00-20:00 and at night from 20:00-08:00 (awake night shifts). From August 1st, we are looking for you who can/want to work 50%, which corresponds to approximately 20 hours on average per week. The schedule is a rolling 4-week schedule, with working hours spread over 1–2 shifts per week, primarily night shifts but also two day shifts per month. We therefore believe the job suits you well if you have another part-time job, are studying, or perhaps freelancing.

Opportunities for extra work exist, and we naturally appreciate it if you can step in during colleagues' absences in addition to your scheduled hours.
