About the role
We are seeking an employee for our Customer and Production Center in the West region who wants to be part of our exciting transition journey to meet new demands and needs from society and our customers. The role involves varied tasks where good service is always the focus. Your main responsibilities will include answering phones, communicating with customers and drivers, weighing in and out trucks with various types of materials, and invoicing. We cover areas in the West from Värmland, Trestad, Skaraborg, Jönköping, and Greater Gothenburg. In addition, you will participate in the creation of joint processes/methods, some transport and logistics planning, and administration related to the role.

The position is located at our office in Kållered. Travel to and from various locations may occur.

Competencies and personal qualities
We are looking for you who have a positive attitude and are driven by working with service alongside others. Workload and tasks may vary throughout the year, which requires you to be structured, detail-oriented, and self-initiating. You are accustomed to handling many tasks simultaneously, which makes you appear both flexible and business-minded. You have the ability to always remain positive, prioritize, and be solution-oriented in both your personality and your work role. You enjoy working independently but are also a natural team player who likes to work towards common goals.

Who are you?
You must have completed upper secondary education. If you have experience within ballast, recycling, order receiving, transport management, or similar roles within the construction and/or civil engineering industry, we view this as an advantage. For this role, it is required that you speak and write Swedish fluently, and have good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. You have strong IT skills, are used to working in front of a screen for most of the workday, and hold a valid B-driver's license.
