We are now looking for a medical secretary for our Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) clinic at CSK in Kristianstad, where you will become an important part of an engaged and competent team that together ensures safe and smooth care for patients.

The Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) department serves patients in need of specialist care for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation due to illness or disability in the ear, nose, and throat area. The clinic, including a day surgery unit, is located in pleasant and functional premises. We also have our on-call service at the clinic during daytime hours on weekdays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The position includes varied administrative tasks as a medical secretary, and work at the switchboard and reception also occurs.

Here with us, everyone has different and specific areas of responsibility. As you develop and learn the work at the clinic, you will take on more responsibility for developing your competence. Of course, we also hope to benefit from the competence and experience you may bring with you.

Working hours are daytime Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00, except every other Friday with a shorter workday until 14:30, with the possibility of flex time for a free afternoon.

The position is a parental leave replacement starting as agreed and running until 2027-08-27.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have approved education in Health and Social Care Administration (80p Higher Education or 400p University College) or equivalent approved medical/doctor's secretary education. For the position, good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. Additionally, you have good knowledge of medical terminology. Since we work in Melior, Medspeach, and Pasis, it is meritorious if you have previous experience with these systems. It is also considered advantageous if you have experience from ENT operations. As Region Skåne is moving into SDV, we would appreciate it if you already have a diagnostic classification education.

As a person, you are structured and meticulous. It is also important that you have the ability to prioritize among your tasks and wish to be part of our continuous development of patient administration and flows at the clinic.
