About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for securing the flow of shipments between different sites and countries. You work in an environment where the workload varies, providing room to also support purchasing and supply chain functions, thereby broadening your skills. Your role is crucial in designing and driving a world-class supply chain. In this role, you manage the global flow of goods and ensure that innovative technology reaches its destination in an efficient and safe manner. The role is broad, with responsibilities ranging from transport execution and customs to insurance and warehouse optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Transport & Operational Excellence

• Monitor and coordinate incoming, outgoing, and internal transports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics providers (3PL) and carriers.
• Manage bookings, pickup times, and proof of delivery.
• Monitor and control global logistics costs.
• Proactively develop logistics processes.

Customs & Compliance

• Establish and manage correct customs procedures for smooth international trade.
• Responsible for the safe handling and transport of dangerous goods.

Insurance & Risk Management

• Ensure that warehouse items, assets, and freight are covered by relevant insurance throughout the supply chain.
• Handle documentation for transport insurance claims.

Warehouse & Warehouse Support

• Ensure that internal logistics facilities meet the correct standards.
• Support production with efficient solutions for material handling and storage.
• Support the business unit with warehouse transactions, goods receipt, and supply chain reporting.

We are looking for someone who

• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English, as these are used in daily work.
• Has experience in operational logistics, transport coordination, or supply chain management.
• Has knowledge of international customs regulations and dangerous goods handling.
• Is comfortable working cross-functionally with legal, purchasing, and finance teams.
• Has experience working in business systems (ERP systems).

It is an advantage if you have

• Education in logistics or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating between different production or test sites.
• Experience working in an international organization.
