Job Description

Do you want to drive the development of future support services for people with disabilities? We are now looking for a Method Developer for a brand new position within Daily Activities, where you will have a unique opportunity to be involved from the start and influence both the assignment and the continued development of the operations. As a Method Developer, you will play a key role in developing and ensuring the quality of the operations' working methods, with a focus on quality, user benefit, and long-term development.

You work both strategically and close to the operations to implement and follow up on evidence-based methods and approaches. By monitoring research, legislation, and national guidelines, you contribute to translating new knowledge into practice and creating sustainable working methods that make a real difference for both users and employees.

The assignment includes educating, supervising, and supporting employees and managers in methodological questions, professional attitudes, and quality development. You analyze the operations' results and identify areas for improvement to strengthen quality, efficiency, and shared understanding within the organization.

You are also the one who introduces new users to daily activities and serves as the first point of contact from daily activities during the transition from school to daily activities. The role involves close work in the field, where you meet users, employees, and partners in daily work. The work group also includes another Method Developer working towards housing, which creates good opportunities for collaboration, experience sharing, and joint development within support services.

You will become an important part of the operations' development work and collaborate with both internal and external actors to jointly create modern, high-quality, and user-focused operations.

Working hours are during the day, Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30.

  • Experience in educating and methodologically supervising in various contexts.
  • Ability for self-leadership and working independently.
  • Drive and engagement in developing operations together with others.

We Offer
