About the role
As a Project Manager, you will become part of a team with overall responsibility for establishing, managing, and further developing standards and methods that create a unified and efficient workflow. Together, you will lay the foundation for how working methods are standardized, improved, and developed, with a focus on both the organization's long-term goals and individual development. You will work closely with various parts of the business and drive projects in an environment where structure, collaboration, and quality are crucial for success.

Your profile
We are looking for you who are an engaged and solution-oriented project manager with a strong interest in technology. You have a structured way of working and thrive in a dynamic environment where you work according to established processes but can also quickly adapt to new conditions. You are communicative and have good collaboration skills, which allows you to easily build trust and create engagement among various stakeholders. You are driven, self-motivated, proactive, and see the value in continuously developing both yourself and your working methods. Furthermore, you have a business-minded approach, a clear delivery focus, and the ability to identify opportunities and find solutions in complex situations.

Additionally, we are looking for you who have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager
• An academic degree from a university or college
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
