Job Description

For a client assignment in Linköping, we are now looking for you who are a Cable Design Engineer and can start the assignment in August 2026.

About the Role

In this role, you will be part of a team of designers creating detailed cable routing drawings based on overarching technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with system, mechanical, and software engineers in the projects you work on.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design of electrical schematics
• Creation of cable routing drawings
• 3D design in mechanical systems
• Requirement specification
• Component selection
• Work in PDM systems

We are looking for you who have experience in cable design and electrical schematic design. We see that you have experience working in project form and have previously worked in PDM systems. To succeed in the role, we see that you have a good ability to work in a structured manner, strive to achieve good collaborations with others, and have experience working cross-functionally. Furthermore, you are educated in electronics, electrical engineering, or another area relevant to the role.
