Your Role

As an Engineer at Saab, you and your team will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle, serving as a key piece in our journey towards the next generation of defense systems.

Our creative and innovative mechanical engineering teams are waiting for you to explore and develop the latest technology together. As a Mechanical Engineer here, you will collaborate not only with your closest colleagues but also with project managers, other development teams, suppliers, and customers.

Your Profile

To thrive with us, you believe in a culture of complete transparency and trust, and you are open to developing both within and outside your areas of expertise. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities combined with the belief that you have one or more of the following experiences:

• A Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Physics, or education/experience considered equivalent.
• A few years of experience working with mechanical design.
• Proficient in CAD and likely experienced with Siemens NX, Creo, Solidworks, and/or CATIA.
• Experience in systems engineering work can be an asset.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security clearance placement, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
