About the Role
As a Compliance Engineer, you will work within the technical department with the certification and labeling of our ventilation products. You ensure that we meet the current requirements for our products in the ventilation industry, both regarding new development and our existing range. You actively participate in development projects and support with your expertise in certification. You monitor upcoming and updated standards and analyze how they affect our range. We test our products at testing institutes, and you will have many international authority contacts. The role also includes work with our management system, where you are involved in updates and improvements of our internal routines.

Furthermore, you have work experience in a similar role and experience working with directives and standards.
Requirements for the Position
- Work with product certification.
- Technical understanding and the ability to read electrical diagrams, drawings, and understand technical systems.
- Ability to interpret extensive standard and legal texts and translate them into practical technical solutions.
Meritorious Qualifications
- University or civil engineering degree, likely in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental technology, or equivalent.
- Experience working with standards for LVD, EMC, RED.
- Experience working with REACH, RoHS, and POPs.
- Experience working with Ecodesign.
- Experience working with management systems.
- Experience working with or within technical committees.

Product development takes place both at the headquarters in Växjö and at the operations in Hälleforsnäs.
Duration and Location
Permanent full-time position from ASAP, located at one of our offices in Växjö or Hälleforsnäs, with the possibility to work partially remotely.
