Job Description

We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer for our client, Siemens Energy, in Finspång. In this assignment, you will play a central role in ensuring product quality among system suppliers! You will work on complex solutions within a broad segment of products and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the customer projects you are involved in. In this role, you will coordinate activities related to supplier quality and work closely with the responsible Project Quality Manager to develop quality plans.

You will serve as the primary contact between suppliers and the project team. As a Quality Engineer in this assignment, you will build strong relationships to improve quality results. We expect you to have good communication and collaboration skills, as the role involves both internal and external customer and supplier relations. The role involves implementing monitoring plans for suppliers to effectively reduce project risks. Assessing project requirements and ensuring that products meet customer expectations are natural parts of your main responsibilities. We look for candidates with experience in purchasing quality, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery, boilers, or the process industry, as well as welding. Previous experience in product quality and understanding of manufacturing processes, and/or project processes, is considered an advantage. Experience with CE marking, PED, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, LVD, or similar standards is also considered an advantage.

The requirements for the position are that you master Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, and that you have a structured work approach and good collaboration skills.
