Key Qualifications & Experience.
• Vast experience in aircraft structures, fabrication, and repair of commercial aircraft.
• Experience and proven record in working on modification programs.
• Working closely with Stress, Design & Engineering departments.
• Strong ability to advise on modifications and production issues throughout the process.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
• Attend bi-weekly production meetings, progress reporting, shortages, engineering issues, etc.
Personal Qualities.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills.
Education & Professional Background
We welcome candidates from a wide range of educational and professional backgrounds. Suitable qualifications may include:
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Structures, Mechanical, or Airframe disciplines)
• Aerospace Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Equivalent combination of technical education
