Key Qualifications & Experience

• Vast experience in Aircraft build, Final Assembly, Installation & Modification (Fighter Aircraft jets preferred).

• Experience in working on prototype projects (preferred).

• Working closely with Structures, Systems, Stress, Design & Engineering departments.

• Strong ability to advise on modifications and production issues throughout the process.

• Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.

• Chairing weekly meetings, progress reporting, addressing shortages, engineering issues, etc.

Education & Professional Background

The ideal candidate will possess a technical education. Suitable backgrounds may include:

• Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Avionics or Electrical)

• Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

• Electrical or Electronic Engineering

• Vocational or technical qualifications in aircraft systems, avionics, or electrical installation

• Equivalent combination of education

Personal Qualities

• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills.
