The business area consists of five departments within local care, with a total of 120 engaged and proud employees with broad diversity. There is also a staffing unit within the business area.
We are now looking for a Staffing Planner based in Växjö.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your tasks as a Staffing Planner with us are:
- Administrative management support – relieve managers and leadership with, among other things, document management, meeting administration, and system management.
- Staffing planning – plan and coordinate staffing based on the needs of operations.
- Quality and training – perform quality controls and assist with training and introductions.
- Environmental scanning & development – keep up to date with industry issues and contribute to the continued development of operations.
The mission of Local Care is growing and facing exciting changes. An important part of the role will therefore be to act as a sounding board in ongoing and future development work regarding our work processes and our service offering within the local care business area. We therefore appreciate that you keep up to date within the industry and actively work with environmental scanning and trend spotting.

QUALIFICATIONS

In this role, administrative support to the leadership of Local Care is combined with staffing planning as a task for various operations within Regional Service.
You are an unpretentious, positive, and solution-oriented person who enjoys juggling many balls at once. You have a natural ability to create order and clarity, and you are driven by providing good service both to colleagues and to operations as a whole. Spreading a good atmosphere in the work group comes naturally to you and is something you bring into your daily life.

We are looking for you who have:
- Experience in administrative work, preferably within staffing and/or operational management.
- Good system familiarity and interest in digital tools.
- Ability to work in a structured, careful, and independent manner.
- Good communication skills and a desire to contribute to security and engagement in the leadership group.
- Completed upper secondary education with an academic focus.
