We are looking for service staff for Service Unit South with a location in Ljungbyhed. We offer an environment characterized by interaction with people and varied tasks.

What does a service employee do?
As a service employee/building superintendent, you work with property and operation-related services, which include, among other things, supervision of premises, property-related measures, fault reports, ordering of consumables, room adaptation, and moving furniture.
The responsibility also includes commissioning/installation of new IT equipment as well as review and measures of the same in close cooperation with the unit's technical coordinator.
You have contact with external suppliers of goods and services as well as internal contacts with the unit's orderers. You perform improvements to routines for supervision, control, and handling of our premises and technology.
Furthermore, you provide practical service and perform maintenance in the Swedish Migration Agency's premises. You are also responsible for your own case handling in our case handling system. Some parts of the work will be performed in locked environments. You work closely with other employees within the unit, and work may also take place at the unit in Åstorp if needed.
The work is physically demanding in some cases. Travel outside the stationing location may occur.

You who apply have
- Upper secondary education or other education or experience relevant to the role that the employer considers equivalent
- Current experience of working with service and property-related issues with customer contact that the employer considers relevant
- Current experience of working within the Swedish Migration Agency's locked environments
- Experience of working with requirements for good service
- Good current technical knowledge within property, conference, and security equipment
- Good communication skills and express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Knowledge of work in property systems
- Class B driver's license
It is meritorious if you have
- Current experience of working with property maintenance
Information
Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
Working hours: Office hours, some work outside office hours occurs, e.g., in connection with travel to other locations of the Swedish Migration Agency.
Salary form: We apply individual salary setting
Location: Åstorp, travel during work occurs
Start date: As soon as possible according to agreement
