About Lindbladsskolan

Lindbladsskolan is one of two lower and middle school units with an associated after-school center in Skänninge. Approximately 23 staff members work at the school, and together we are responsible for approximately 190 students from preschool class to grade 6 for the academic year 2025/2026. Our staff group includes teachers at the beginning of their careers and teachers with many years of experience. At Lindbladsskolan, teachers work in class teams. We have newly renovated facilities and a large schoolyard that invites varied activity opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

The school's goal and mission is to promote learning where all individuals are stimulated to acquire and develop knowledge and values. In cooperation with the home, we shall promote students' all-round personal development into active, creative, competent, and responsible individuals and citizens.

At Lindbladsskolan, the pedagogical staff is currently divided into 3 work teams. The overarching development and planning work takes place in our work teams as well as during joint time in the pedagogical forum, where we work together on systematic quality work at Lindbladsskolan.

In the role of a teacher at Lindbladsskolan, you shall, based on the set goals, work to ensure that students achieve the best possible development, both academically and socially. You shall also actively influence and stimulate students to achieve the goals in the school's subjects. In your work, you create teaching that, based on the teacher's interpretation and understanding, meets the requirements of the Education Act, curriculum, course plan, and subject plan.

You should be relational in your approach to students, colleagues, and guardians, be subject-matter knowledgeable, mentor students, plan and conduct teaching, and assess knowledge development. You should be secure and comfortable working in a team with other colleagues, with a strong emphasis on your interaction with students. You should actively participate in the school's development work and have previous experience within the primary school sector. Your work is led by the principal at Lindbladsskolan.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades 1-6.

• You contribute with a relational approach and work for meaningful relationships for learning in the classroom.
