The Education Administration is one of Mjölby Municipality's six administrations and is responsible for preschool, primary school, upper secondary school, adapted primary and upper secondary schools, and adult education. With approximately 1,000 employees, we offer education that promotes all children and students in lifelong learning, working towards the direction of "high knowledge results in a school where everyone can and wants to be". Lindbladsskolan is one of two primary and lower secondary schools with an associated leisure center in Skänninge. Approximately 23 staff members work at the school, and together we are responsible for approximately 190 students from preschool class to grade 6 during the 2025/2026 academic year. Our staff group includes teachers at the beginning of their careers and teachers with many years of experience in the profession. At Lindbladsskolan, teachers work in class teams. We have newly renovated premises and a large schoolyard that invites varied opportunities for activities.

Job Responsibilities

The school's goal and mission are to promote learning where the individual is stimulated to acquire and develop knowledge and values. In collaboration with the home, we shall promote students' all-round personal development into active, creative, competent, and responsible individuals and citizens.

The overall development and planning work takes place in our work team and during joint time where we, together with others, work with systematic quality work.

We are looking for you who are a teacher in textile crafts. The position is 100% and you will teach grades 3-6 at Lindbladsskolan, Bjälbotullskolan, and Veta skola.

In your work as a teacher, based on the set goals, you shall strive for students to achieve the best possible development, both academically and socially. You shall also actively influence and stimulate students to achieve the goals in the school's subjects. In your work, you create teaching that, based on the teacher's interpretation and understanding, meets the requirements of the Education Act, curriculum, course plan, and subject plan.

You must be subject-matter knowledgeable, supervise students, plan and lead teaching, and assess knowledge development. You shall actively participate in the school's development work. Your work is led by the principal at Lindbladsskolan.

Qualifications

You have a teaching license with eligibility to teach textile crafts. A B-driver's license is a requirement for the position.

You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. You collaborate well with people in different contexts and functions.
