At Vårdcentralen Näsby, you will have the opportunity to contribute your specific competence. We are a stable and well-functioning unit with just over 10,500 registered inhabitants, operating in an area with a unique combination of multicultural city life and Swedish countryside.

The doctor's office features six specialists in general practice and seven trainee doctors (ST, AT, and BT). We are a multifaceted operation with clinics for district nurses, physiotherapists, counselors, dietitians, and occupational therapists.

Among other things, we have specialist clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, heart failure, and cognitive impairment. We also have a well-developed rehabilitation coordinator function, elder care clinic, lifestyle clinic, and a mobile care team. Initial care is handled smoothly through telephone advice and primary care triage by nurses, supported by doctors, physiotherapists, assistant nurses, and medical secretaries. Our waiting room also has an interpreter and a concierge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a colleague who wants to become part of our team. The position is a six-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.

We offer you a varied job where, as a medical secretary, you will work at our unit with tasks such as medical record writing, booking and monitoring of patients, telephone service, mail handling, registrations, and other administrative tasks such as HR, Raindance, and 1177.

Here, you will become part of a competent and positive team consisting of five medical secretaries and one receptionist. We strive for a team-oriented approach where you become a key link. Furthermore, we strive to continuously develop the role and tasks of medical secretaries based on the right competencies. It is important to us that you are open and interested in further development and would like to contribute your skills and qualities to the change process.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a recognized education in Health and Social Care Administration, 80p Higher Education (KY) or 400p University College (YH), or alternatively, you with a corresponding recognized medical secretary education. Good knowledge of medical terminology and good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are also requirements for the position. Additionally, we would like you to have knowledge of the systems PMO, Pasis, and SOM.
