Celsiusskolan is a municipal upper secondary school with approximately 1,050 students. We offer education on the national programs for social sciences, natural sciences, economics, as well as sales and service. Description of Duties

In this position, you will plan, conduct, and evaluate teaching and mentoring within the upper secondary national programs. You adapt the teaching to students' different needs and prerequisites to promote their learning and development. The work includes assessing, documenting, and following up on students' knowledge development in accordance with the school's routines. You collaborate closely with colleagues in working groups and actively contribute to the school's joint pedagogical development work. You maintain professional collaboration with guardians regarding students' development and well-being, and participate in the school's joint activities, meetings, and competence development initiatives.

This position is a part-time temporary assignment at 60% during the academic year 2026/2027. The position starts at the beginning of the school year in August.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a teacher license with eligibility to teach natural science at the upper secondary level. In your work, you collaborate well with others and meet your surroundings in a responsive and flexible manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve any conflicts in a constructive way. As a person, you are outgoing and socially active in your work. You find it easy to establish contacts and maintain relationships. You express yourself clearly, well-formulated, and with enthusiasm in both individual conversations and in front of both small and large groups. You are responsive, show interest in others' perspectives, and have the ability to adapt your communication to the situation and the recipient.
