We are looking for an engaged Site Manager for our accommodation facility with a hotel setup, where we combine hotel services with longer stays for corporate clients and project operations. This role is perfect for you who thrive with responsibility, structure, and service in an operational environment.
Nordkalotten Hotel in Luleå is part of Pite Havsbad Group, Northern Sweden's largest tourism and conference group. The hotel is characterized by a calm and secure atmosphere and is currently rented for long-term stays to corporate clients, which creates stability in operations and personal hospitality with recurring guests. The position will be based at StudentConsulting and Pite Havsbad Group's headquarters at Nordkalotten in Luleå.
About the Role
As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the accommodation. You are the hub between guests, clients, suppliers, and internal organization, ensuring that the accommodation maintains the right quality, is well-organized, and is perceived as safe and professional.
The role involves both operational and administrative responsibility and includes working evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the daily operations of the accommodation
- Contact person for clients, guests, and partners
- Ensure that hotel services such as cleaning, lodging, service, and common areas meet the agreed standards
- Plan, follow up, and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and fault reports
- Staff planning and staffing as needed
- Responsibility for order, safety, and well-being at the accommodation
- Reporting, follow-up, and documentation according to agreements and routines
- Handling other recurring tasks related to the accommodation operations
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who
- Have experience from hotels, accommodation operations, property management, or similar
- Are used to working independently with great responsibility
- Have good organizational skills and are solution-oriented
- Are service-oriented, clear in your communication, and confident in customer contacts
- Have good computer skills and administrative ability
- Speak and write Swedish fluently; English is an advantage
- Valid driver's license (Category B) is an advantage
