At our destinations, food is an important part of the overall experience, and we want to provide our guests with good meals in a cozy and welcoming environment.

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented bistro worker who wants to contribute to making our guests' stay with us truly wonderful.

As a bistro worker, you will become an important part of the destination's service offering and be responsible for creating a positive dining experience for our guests. The tasks are varied and may include, among other things:

• Preparing and serving food according to our concept.
• Handling cash registers and selling food and beverages.
• Greeting and serving guests.
• Dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitizing work areas.
• Restocking and handling goods.
• Ensuring that the bistro environment is pleasant, clean, and welcoming.
• Contributing to activities, quizzes, and other events at the destination as needed.
• Supporting colleagues in other areas when the business requires it.

The position is a seasonal employment during the summer with varying degrees of employment. The scope is usually between 20–40 hours per week, but can be adapted in dialogue based on the business's needs and your availability.

Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the Hotel and Restaurant Workers' Union collective agreement.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in service. You enjoy meeting people and contribute to a positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.

We would like you to:

• Have experience from restaurants, cafes, fast food operations, or similar service roles.
• Have education within the hotel and restaurant industry, which is meritorious but not a requirement.
• Be flexible and enjoy varied tasks.
• Have good teamwork skills and contribute to a positive work climate.
• Be responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Be able to communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Swedish is meritorious but not a requirement.
• Be at least 18 years old, as the role involves alcohol responsibility and serving alcoholic beverages.

Personal suitability will be given great weight.
