Our client is a company operating within the hotel and food industry in various countries.

Location: Kiruna

We are looking for: Chef/Cook

Your responsibilities:

• Work practically in the kitchen and contribute to daily meal preparation.
• Ensure high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
• Plan and prepare meals together with the team.
• Contribute to menu development and suggest ideas for dishes and presentations.
• Handle orders, ingredient management, and reduce food waste.
• Be a team player in the kitchen, contributing to good collaboration and pace.
• Have daily contact with guests and be part of the dining experience.

Requirements:

• You speak and understand Swedish at a good professional level (intermediate).
• You have culinary training and a couple of years of experience.
• You are ready to work at a high pace and can maintain calm in stressful situations.

Your profile:

• You have a very positive attitude.
• You are stress-resistant.
• You have a service-oriented approach.

What the employer offers:

• 100% full-time employment with a permanent contract.
• Work is primarily during daytime hours, between 07:00 and 16:00.
• Work clothes, paid lunch/meal allowance, staff discounts, and health insurance are included.
• Depending on the situation, support with housing and transportation may be possible.

Important: This position is part of a project co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. Participants hold residence permits in Sweden but do not possess Swedish or EU/EEA citizenship.
