Our client is a company operating in the hotel and food industry across various countries.

Location: Svappavaara (40 km from Kiruna)

We are looking for: Restaurant Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the total operation of the restaurant.
• Work actively in the kitchen with food preparation and heating.
• Ensure that customers and guests receive the agreed-upon quality and service.
• Create and maintain good customer relations.
• Lead, motivate, and inspire employees in daily operations.
• Work developmentally with service, sales, and improvement measures.

Requirements:

• You speak and understand Swedish at a good professional level (intermediate).
• You have at least a couple of years of experience from kitchens, cafés, or restaurant operations.
• You are ready to work at a high pace and can remain calm in stressful situations.

Your profile:

• You have a very positive attitude.
• You are stress-resistant.
• You have a service-oriented approach.

The employer offers:

• 100% full-time employment with a permanent contract.
• Work is mostly during daytime hours between 07:00 and 16:00.
• Work clothes, paid lunch/meal allowance, staff discounts, and health insurance are included.
• Depending on the situation, support with housing and transport may be available.

Important:

This position is part of a project co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish labor market. Participants hold residence permits in Sweden but do not possess Swedish or EU/EEA citizenship.
