Silver Resort – the hub for tourism and vehicle testing activities in Arjeplog – is a hotel chain focused on the testing industry, conferences, events, and winter tourism. Our purpose is to provide our guests with a holistic experience featuring the best service, the finest accommodation, and exciting events.

As a waiter/waitress at our establishment, you must have the right personality: open, outgoing, proactive, social, and enjoy meeting people from all over the world. You should be able to provide a personal and professional level of service. Our restaurants experience rapid fluctuations in guest numbers and often have large bookings and VIP parties, which requires great flexibility. You must adapt easily to fast-paced changes, be action-oriented, and resilient under pressure. With good knowledge of food and beverage, you will gladly take care of our guests at their tables. You should be a good team player as you work closely with the kitchen, where teamwork is paramount.

Our guests range from pub-goers looking for a simple dinner and a beer, to high-ranking businessmen and VIP groups seeking an exclusive three-course meal and carefully selected wine. You should have a keen sense for how guests wish to be treated, without varying the standard of service. All our guests should leave with the feeling that they want to return!

Working at one of our 4-star hotels in the heart of the international vehicle testing industry is a unique experience. It is not to be confused with traditional seasonal work involving holidaying party guests. Most of our guests are here to work; they are accustomed to high-class standards, professional service, and personal attention. Therefore, we place great emphasis on recruiting people with the right attitude, who understand the value of going the extra mile, and who are outgoing and active in their interactions. We greet guests warmly, work with heart, and maintain a positive attitude.

For the winter season 2026/27, we are now looking for several individuals who, together with us, want to work in an exciting and intense industry. Since our guests are international, you will speak English for the majority of your working hours. Requirements include a few years of professional experience, good knowledge of food and beverage, and the right personality. The work is primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends.

The positions are fixed-term (November–March) and will be filled on a rolling basis. We look forward to receiving your application!
