Silver Resort – the hub for tourism and vehicle testing in Arjeplog – is a hotel chain focused on the test industry, conferences, events, and winter tourism. Our purpose is to provide our guests with a holistic experience featuring the best service, accommodation, and exciting events.

We are looking for catering staff for Silver Resort, the hub for tourism and winter vehicle testing in beautiful Arjeplog. Working at one of our four-star hotels in the center of the international vehicle testing industry is a unique experience. It is not a traditional seasonal job with vacationing party guests. Most of our guests are here to work; they are accustomed to high-class standards, professional service, and personal attention. Therefore, we place great importance on recruiting people with the right attitude, who understand the value of giving that little extra, and who are outgoing, proactive in their interactions, meet guests with heart, and maintain a positive attitude.

For the winter season of 2027, we are now looking for several people who, together with us, want to work in an exciting and intensive industry.

As catering staff at Silver Resort, you must have the right personality: be open, outgoing, forward-thinking, social, and enjoy meeting people from all over the world, providing them with personal and professional service. You will be part of a team where everyone helps each other to assemble the day's pre-determined production. The work includes food preparation, packaging, delivery to customers, as well as table setting and on-site serving. We are particularly looking for you who have an interest in cooking and want to develop further in this area. The cooking is standardized, and you serve according to pre-determined recipes in exactly the way the clients – the car companies – want it, having tested it together with our chefs.

As catering staff, you must also be prepared to work at all workstations within production, such as portion packing of food or kits, dishwashing, etc. This could be a suitable job for you who have completed a shorter education with a focus on food, or for you who do not have previous food training but have a great interest. It is an advantage if you are flexible and quick to learn, and it is important that you have a loyal attitude towards your work.

The positions are fixed-term (January–March) and will be filled on a rolling basis. We look forward to your application!
