About the Role

As a chef at Bishop Arms Piteå, you will work in a tight-knit kitchen where the pace is sometimes high and collaboration is key to success. You are responsible for ensuring your station is well-prepared, that ingredients are handled correctly, and that every dish leaving the kitchen meets high quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing and serving food according to our recipes and quality requirements.
• Managing mise en place and maintaining a well-organized workstation.
• Contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in the kitchen and service to provide guests with a first-class experience.
• Participating in developing and maintaining high standards regarding quality, hygiene, and sustainability.

• Experience working as a chef.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a team.
• Is meticulous, structured, and responsible.
• Has a genuine interest in cooking and ingredients.
• Is flexible, positive, and contributes good energy to the team.
• Has a strong guest focus and understands that the kitchen is a crucial part of the overall experience.

Experience from à la carte or pub/restaurant kitchens is an advantage, but the most important factors are your attitude and willingness to develop.

• A secure employment with Progressio, located at Bishop Arms Piteå.
• Competitive salary between 180–210 SEK/hour, depending on experience.
• Shift allowances (OB) according to agreement.
