Who are we looking for?

We are now looking for a restaurant staff member who, with joy and positivity, wants to work in a team where a service-oriented attitude and teamwork are central. With enthusiasm, you deliver outstanding service to all of the restaurant's guests. The role includes, among other things, preparing and serving food and beverages, handling cash registers, and keeping the workplace and restaurant clean and tidy.

About Restaurant Tallkronan

We are 12 happy employees working at MR Tallkronan, located at F 21. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening meals to conscripts, employees, and visiting units.

Since we operate within a protected facility, a background check (register extract) and a confidentiality certificate are required. The background check must be clean, and you must be a Swedish citizen as the operations take place within a military area.

Who are you?

• You are over 18 years old.
• You enjoy planning and structuring your work to ensure efficiency.
• With your positivity, you take responsibility for maintaining a high service level throughout the day.
• Good service is important to you, where a smile and eye contact are a given.
• You see your impact in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating.
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role.
• You speak and write Swedish.
• Previous experience in restaurant work is a plus.
• Knowledge of serving is an advantage.
• A driver's license is required.
