As a receptionist, you will be the face of our office in Luleå. You will meet people, build relationships, and play a key role in the business, as you are often the first and last person visitors and employees interact with. The role of receptionist is both fun, challenging, and highly rewarding! As a receptionist at StudentConsulting, your responsibilities will include among other things:

  • Receiving visitors
  • Answering company phones and emails
  • Handing out packages and mail
  • Managing and handling bookings
  • Participating in development and improvement work within the organization
  • General service duties, distributing office supplies, handling mail, making coffee, etc.
  • Conference hostess duties – i.e., preparing rooms for meetings and group activities
  • Handling various office purchases and other occasional tasks

The position begins with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours will primarily be weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00, but evenings and weekends may also be required depending on business needs. Start date is in October.

We are looking for someone who is helpful, friendly, and communicative. You are a fearless person who is passionate about customer service. You like to stay on top of things and are not afraid to take charge. Furthermore, we believe you are solution-oriented and responsible in your professional role.
We want you to have a pleasant and accommodating manner and understand the importance of always maintaining a professional attitude towards staff and customers.

We require that you have at least a high school education. It is a requirement that you have previous experience in customer contact in some form. Experience working in a reception or administrative role is a plus. Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential for the role. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. A valid driver's license (Category B) is an advantage.
