We are now looking for a Restaurant Assistant / Barista for an established café operation in Luleå. This is a role for you who likes to work at a high pace, enjoy customer contact, and want to become really good at coffee and service.

You will become an important part of the team in daily operations and contribute to ensuring that every guest has a fast, smooth, and pleasant experience.

In the role:

In this role, you will work with cash register duties, coffee production, and simple serving. You are part of a team that together ensures the flow works throughout the day. The work is varied and fast-paced, where no day is like the other.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and drinks
• Cash register work and customer service
• Simple food and product preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and order in café areas
• Contribute to an efficient operational flow
• Provide guests with a quick and positive experience
• Support colleagues where needed in the team
