We are now looking for our next Spa Manager.

Our current Spa Manager, Ebba, has been with us since day one. She has built the business, shaped the culture, and created the guest experience that today makes Vana Spa a must-visit destination in Kiruna. She is now taking her next step within the hotel as Guest Relations Manager.

You will take over a well-functioning operation with an engaged team and a thoughtful onboarding process, giving you excellent conditions to put your own stamp on the role.

Ebba will be present during the onboarding period to ensure a secure and smooth handover.

As Spa Manager, you are both a leader, host, inspirer, and culture carrier.

You are responsible for the daily operations of Vana Spa and lead the team towards high goals in service, quality, job satisfaction, and profitability. You are a natural part of the hotel's management team and work closely with Hotel Director Jonas Wasara and other department managers.

You will:

• Lead and develop the spa department's staff.
• Create a culture where service and care are at the center.
• Be responsible for operations, scheduling, and staffing.
• Work with budgets, results, and business development.
• Ensure that every guest experience meets the absolute highest standards.
• Be a key part of Elite Hotel Frost's continued development.
• Participate in the hotel's management team and contribute to the hotel's overall journey.

The position is full-time.

Working hours are primarily between 13:30–22:30, with work scheduled every other weekend.
