Strawberry Living is in an expansion phase and is now taking the next important step in our development through the establishment of Aurora Village in Luleå.

Aurora Village is a large-scale accommodation facility with 2,000 rooms and a full-service restaurant. The operation is designed to support the workforce involved in the extensive industrial projects underway in the region. We aim to redefine what staff accommodation means by putting people at the center and creating a place where well-being, community, and security go hand in hand. We are driven by initiative, high service standards, and the courage to think differently. The ambitions and expectations for Aurora Village are high, and we are now looking for a team of fantastic Service & Reception Agents who will be central to the success of Aurora Village.

Curious about what the role entails?

• You handle daily reception tasks and ensure a seamless guest journey – from booking and payment to personal service and guest inquiries.
• Embody Aurora Village’s customer promise of quality and energy in every guest interaction, delivering uninterrupted, high-quality, and solution-focused customer service.
• Administrative handling of incoming guest inquiries and coordination of actions with other departments.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to create a seamless, high-quality guest experience.

The positions are permanent/full-time or part-time contracts between 50% - 100% with a start date to be agreed upon. The roles involve varying shift work, including evenings and weekends.

• You are passionate about delivering guest experiences that are pleasant, warm, and genuine.
• You are a structured person who can combine guest contact and service with administrative tasks.
• Work experience in tourism and customer service is an advantage, but your attitude towards and commitment to excellent customer service are what truly matter.
