Do you want to contribute with passion, heart, and mind to an operation that makes a real difference in the daily lives of children and young people?
The Pediatric and Adolescent Rehabilitation Clinic serves children and young people up to 17 years of age with permanent disabilities and their families. The children and young people may have motor impairments, intellectual disabilities, and/or autism. The operation is based on interdisciplinary, family-centered team work where medical, psychological, pedagogical, and social competence collaborate. Our approach is family-centered, which means that the family has full participation in the planning and evaluation of interventions.
"I like working at the rehabilitation clinic because it is varied and diverse. I get to use my entire occupational therapy competence in the best possible way. Meeting patients and preparing them for adult life is meaningful and often creative work. Moreover, I really enjoy working with my great colleagues," says Eva, Occupational Therapist at the rehabilitation clinic.
Are you curious about becoming part of us? We offer you a meaningful and varied job where you get the opportunity to work with children and young people in important developmental stages, in an environment with strong team anchoring and where a warm reception permeates the entire operation! We work in newly renovated and functional premises, together with the Adult Rehabilitation Clinic, which means close cooperation especially during the transition from child to adult. We have the advantage of having Assistive Devices as well as Vision, Hearing, and Deaf Services in the same building where we have good cooperation.
