Your workplace

Tokarpsskolan is a middle school located in northern Malmslätt with approximately 380 students and around fifty employees. The school is characterized by a family-like atmosphere where good cohesion, collaboration, and a shared drive forward permeate the operations. Here, all staff work together with a clear goal: every student, every day, should leave with good memories and strengthened knowledge to make well-founded choices in life.

The operations are based on a strong belief that all students want and can develop. Student differences are seen as an asset, and great importance is placed on every individual feeling seen, motivated, and proud of their achievements. To create the best possible conditions, the school's educators work closely together in teams divided by grade level, where collaboration and continuous follow-up are a natural part of daily life.

With bright and purposeful premises distributed across several buildings and an stimulating outdoor environment, Tokarpsskolan offers a safe and developmental learning environment. Through close collaboration among colleagues and shared responsibility, an operation is created where every student is given the opportunity to succeed every day.

You who apply

A post-secondary education in a relevant field is required, according to the employer's assessment. For example, you may be trained as a youth leader, preschool/school-age educator, or social pedagogue. Alternatively, you have many years of relevant work experience in similar tasks.

To thrive and succeed in the role, you have good knowledge of the Swedish compulsory school's steering documents, good digital skills, and an understanding of the importance of clear and structured written documentation.
