Administrator sought for RG Hyr in Gothenburg

RG Hyr is now seeking an administrator for our office in Hisings Backa. Here, you will become part of an engaged team where no two days are alike, and where you will have the opportunity to develop alongside the company.

About the role

In the role of administrator, you will work with several key parts of the business, including:

• Invoicing
• Checks in our booking system
• Handling incoming emails and phone calls
• Check-in and check-out of vehicles
• Daily administration and support to operations

You will become an important part of the daily operations and need to juggle multiple tasks while working in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who likes order and structure, is meticulous, and enjoys providing good service. You are self-motivated, stress-resistant, and quick to see what needs to be done.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience from the transport industry, for example as a transport manager, traffic controller, or in a similar administrative role within logistics and transport. We would also appreciate if you are or have been a professional driver and possess strong administrative skills. Industry experience is very important as you need to understand flows, vehicles, and how the business operates in practice.

Vehicle knowledge is an advantage, and having a truck driver's license is an extra plus.

Working hours: Weekdays Monday–Friday, office hours

Start date: August

Permanent position at 100%, preceded by a six-month probation period.
