About the position

Personal assistance is a service under the LSS Act (The Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life as well as basic needs. Your work involves protecting the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the client's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace. The client is a 21-year-old man living in Haninge.

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you and the client.

Requirements for the position:

• Previous experience working as a personal assistant
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Non-smoker

Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary

The current form of employment is "hourly employment," which means working as needed with varying hours during the day, evening, and/or night. On-call duties are included during the night.

Start date according to agreement.
