We are now looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant to a young man in Laholm

You who apply are a person with great empathy and sensitivity. You enjoy going for walks, in the forest, or by the sea. You preferably have experience with low-affective approach and work within LSS (Swedish Social Services Act for people with disabilities) from before. You are a calm and secure person. You are a non-smoker.

You will be important in giving our client the opportunity to a good life in his own apartment. You take great personal responsibility as you work alone during your shifts, but you are also a team player who looks forward to collaborating with colleagues for a well-functioning service as a whole. This is because the assignment is completely new, and you will all become an important part of creating a well-functioning personal assistance for the individual.

Requirements for the position are that you have a driver's license and can drive a manual transmission car.

During the interview, you will meet your future supervisor, who also works in the team and will therefore have a great understanding and insight into the daily work.

The positions:

Summer Substitute - Rolling summer schedule that can be adapted to your preferences. Write to us how much you wish to work and during which weeks.

Hourly Substitute - We are looking for you who can work on call when regular colleagues are absent. You will become an important part of the team!

The schedule is set for 09:00-09:00 (24-hour shifts) with on-call duty for 8 hours, 15 minutes per night, or 09:00-18:00.

You will need to provide a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) to work with this client.
