Hello! We are delighted that you are interested in the position of HR Consultant with a focus on digitalization with us! We are now looking for a motivated and engaged colleague who wants to be an important part of our team.

Together, we work closely with the operations using a coaching approach to strengthen managers in their role as employers and contribute to sustainable leadership. We are on a development journey where we are reviewing our working methods, including those related to digitalization and the HR work of the future.

In the heart of Luleå, you will find our workplace, where Staffing, Recruitment, and HR Consultants work together in their respective areas. Here, we value both the work environment and health-promoting activities. You work 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday, with the possibility of flex time two hours before or after working hours, as well as up to 50% remote work – all depending on the needs of the operations.

Start date: August 1st or as agreed.

Job Responsibilities

As an HR Consultant, you are a strategic partner and operational support to the managers of the Social Services Administration in HR matters. You work broadly within the HR field, focusing on developing and strengthening HR work together with the managers and contributing to effective working methods based on the needs of the operations.

The role involves providing consultative and operationally close support to managers in areas such as labor law, work environment, and rehabilitation. You participate in MBL processes and negotiations, interpret laws and agreements, and support in union contacts. You also handle more complex personnel matters and contribute to strengthening managers in their employer role through training, coaching, and support.

A part of the position has a special focus on process development and change management. This means that you identify development needs, analyze and map HR processes, and drive and implement improvements. The work includes digitalizing and further developing working methods with the support of digital services and AI, with the aim of creating quality, clarity, and more efficient processes. You also contribute to strengthening the organization's and managers' ability to adopt new working methods.

You collaborate with other support functions and contribute with development ideas and environmental scanning within HR, with a special focus on the possibilities of digitalization.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a great interest in HR issues and the possibilities of digitalization. You are motivated by working close to the operations and contributing to development that makes a real difference. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, your motivation, and your drive to develop in the role together with managers and colleagues.

You have a university education combined with experience that the employer considers relevant for the assignment. You have experience of either qualified HR work or process improvement and digitalization.

You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you have experience of driving development or change work within HR.

As a person, you have an easy time building and maintaining trusting relationships. You work in a structured way and drive your work forward in a way that creates clarity and direction.

You are secure and stable, with the ability to see the big picture and handle complex situations. You can identify goal conflicts and find solutions that work in practice. You distinguish between facts and persons and have a coaching approach that contributes to strengthening managers in their employer role.
