We are looking for a Service Officer for the Southern Service Unit, based in Åstorp. We offer an environment characterized by human interaction and varied tasks.

What does a Service Officer do?
As a Service Officer/Maintenance Staff, you work with property and operation-related services, which include supervising premises, property-related measures, fault reports, ordering consumables, adapting premises, and moving furniture.
The responsibilities also include the commissioning/installation of new IT equipment, as well as reviewing and maintaining it in close cooperation with the unit's technical coordinator.
You interact with external suppliers of goods and services, as well as internal contacts with the unit's requesters. You improve routines for supervision, control, and management of our premises and technology.
Furthermore, you provide practical service and perform maintenance in the Swedish Migration Agency's premises. You are also responsible for case management in our case handling system. Some parts of the work will be carried out in secured areas. You work closely with other employees within the unit, and work may occasionally take place at the unit in Ljungbyhed if needed.
The work can be physically demanding in some cases. Travel outside the stationing location may occur.

You have
- A secondary education or other education or relevant experience for the role as assessed by the employer as equivalent
- Current experience of working with service and property-related issues with customer contact as assessed by the employer as relevant
- Current experience of working within the Swedish Migration Agency's secured areas
- Experience of working with requirements for good service
- Good current technical knowledge regarding property, conference, and security equipment
- Good communication skills and express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Knowledge of working in property systems
- A valid driver's license (Category B)
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience of working with property maintenance
Information
Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period
Working hours: Office hours, some work outside office hours occurs, e.g., in connection with travel to other Swedish Migration Agency locations.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting
Location: Åstorp, travel within the job occurs
Start date: As soon as possible according to agreement
