Are you interested in interior design, fashion, and trends? Do you care about the environment and thrive in a warehouse setting? Then we have an opportunity for you to combine your passion with work while helping to make the world a little more sustainable!
We are looking for a valuer for a fixed-term position at Artikel2. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.

About the role
As a valuer, you will work with sorting and valuing collected donations while also mentoring employees in work training.
You will be part of a team with other valuators/mentors as well as individuals in work training. The work you do together primarily involves sorting and valuing collected clothing, textiles, items, books, and furniture.
In parallel with sorting and valuing textiles, you will serve as a mentor to individuals undergoing work training to prepare them for the open labor market. You will collaborate in daily tasks while coaching and supporting them where needed. This requires humility, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping people.
About you
You have a strong interest in and documented knowledge of materials, form, function, fashion level, brand, and value. You possess broad valuation skills as the donations you handle range from high-end to low-end.
You have a keen eye for order, are accustomed to a fast-paced work environment, have a positive view of people, and enjoy working closely with others. Experience in mentoring individuals in work placements is advantageous. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as you will coach, guide, and support individuals who come to us to complete their work practice at our workplace.
Requirements:
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with clothing/fashion
- Previous experience in valuing items and/or antiques
- Mentoring experience
