Tasks and more about the role: As a Courier & Customer Support at Airmee, you are the support for both our customers and drivers. You answer questions, solve problems, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This can involve helping someone find their package, answering questions about delivery times, guiding a driver in real-time, or handling any discrepancies that may arise.

You work via phone, email, and chat, and enjoy varied workdays in a team that likes to support each other. No two days are alike in this job, and a lot happens, making the work both fun and developmental!

We focus heavily on personal qualities, but we would appreciate if you have completed upper secondary education or equivalent, and can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

It is a big plus if you have experience in customer service, an interest in IT, and/or knowledge of the system Intercom.

Practical information:

  • Client: Airmee
  • Start: According to agreement
  • Scope: 80-100% permanent employment with an initial probationary period
  • Location: Central Stockholm
  • Working hours: Evening shifts, Monday to Friday 14:30-23:00. Note that weekends may occur (support opening hours 08:00–23:00).
