We are looking for someone who doesn't just want a summer job, but has a genuine interest in people, takes responsibility, and thrives in a role where care, collaboration, and initiative are valued.

At Sälgen, we work closely with each other and with our residents. Here you will find a strong team, a warm welcome, and a workplace where ideas and engagement are appreciated.

The residence is centrally located in Höganäs and consists of 50 modern apartments with bright premises and a much-loved garden that becomes a natural gathering place during the summer. The building also houses a restaurant where our chefs prepare meals from scratch every day.

As a care assistant or enrolled nurse, you help our residents achieve a safe, meaningful, and dignified daily life. The tasks vary and require both responsibility and good teamwork skills.

You will, among other things:

• Assist with personal care and hygiene

• Provide support and care based on the individual's needs

• Handle safety alarms and support in everyday situations

• Participate in meals and create a pleasant dining atmosphere

• Contribute to activities and social interaction – for example, walks, music, conversations, and outdoor time

• Collaborate closely with colleagues, nurses, and relatives

At our workplace, every meeting is important – therefore, we are looking for people who see the human being behind the care.

• Has experience from elderly care, dementia care, or similar work

• Is confident, responsible, and has a good attitude towards people

• Takes initiative and sees what needs to be done

• Enjoys working in a team and contributing to a positive work environment

• Has good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)

• Are a trained enrolled nurse

• Have experience working in dementia care

• Can work for most of the summer
