Do you want a meaningful summer job where you make a difference every day? As a housing support worker in Essunga Municipality, you work closely with our users within social psychiatry and support them in their daily lives to create security, independence, and quality of life.

In this role, you build relationships, provide practical and emotional support, and participate in activities that promote community. You collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders and follow up on interventions to ensure the best possible support.

You who apply:

• Are stable, engaged, and have an easy time building trust.
• Are independent, flexible, and have a genuine interest in people.
• Have post-secondary education, or are currently studying, in social work, for example as a treatment pedagogue, support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or in social psychiatry.
• Previous experience in social work, especially within social psychiatry, is an advantage.

We are looking for two temporary staff members for the summer, with a possible chance of extension. Daytime hours, with varying working times between 06:00–18:00 depending on the users' needs.
