Tasks

As a Business Developer at Axcell Fastighetspartner, you are responsible for driving and developing the sales work in West Sweden with a focus on growth, profitability, and long-term sustainable business. The role involves actively working with both strategic and operational sales initiatives that strengthen the company's position, create a stable economy, and contribute to successful and long-term customer relationships.

In the role of Business Developer, you will among other things:

  • Actively process new customers and develop existing relationships for increased growth
  • Participate in quotation work, pricing, and negotiations
  • Work towards sales targets, budget, and profitability
  • Be involved in the development of sales work and strategic activities
  • Contribute to strategic and operational activities that strengthen the business

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Documented experience from contract sales of services to the corporate market and organizations
  • Good understanding of budget and results
  • Work experience within the property industry
  • Category B driver's license
  • Good knowledge of Office
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
