The Role of Foreman/Project Manager

As a foreman/project manager, you are responsible for planning, driving, and following up on roofing and sheet metal projects from start to finish. You will be the link between the customer, production, and management — and have significant influence on how the projects are carried out.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and plan the daily work on site
• Ensure quality, working environment, and schedules
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and clients
• Participate in calculations, quotation work, and follow-ups
• Support and develop our sheet metal workers in their tasks
• Ensure that projects comply with agreements, ABT (standard terms for construction work), and company routines

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience as a foreman, project manager, or senior sheet metal worker
• Have good technical understanding of roofing/sheet metal
• Are organized, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Thrives with responsibility and enjoys working closely with both colleagues and customers
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious: experience in construction law (ABT/AB), calculation, or previous project responsibility.
