We are currently looking for secure, engaged, and responsible personal assistants for a woman in Alingsås with extensive care needs. The role involves overnight shifts with sleeping on-call duties, as well as some double assistance during the day.

The woman is social and enjoys going out for activities, walks, café visits, and other social gatherings. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her daily life, contributing to safety, inclusion, and quality of life.

Duties include personal care, transfers, meals, hygiene, medication administration, and support with activities both inside and outside the home. The work requires you to be calm, empathetic, and skilled at working closely with another person.

Some double assistance occurs during the day, primarily during transfers and activities outside the home. Experience with transfer techniques and care work is therefore advantageous.

The assignment requires delegation from a nurse within Alingsås Municipality, and at present, we are only seeking assistants who are already delegated.

• Is secure, responsible, and attentive

• Has a calm and respectful approach

• Thrives in care work and working closely with people

• Has good collaboration skills

• Has experience in personal assistance or healthcare/care services (preferred)

• Can obtain and maintain delegation

• Currently holds delegation from Alingsås Municipality
