About the role
In the role of First Line Support at TeleProffs, you will become an important part of the support team, helping customers with daily questions and technical matters related to telecommunication and communication solutions.
You will handle incoming support cases via phone and email, troubleshoot and solve technical problems for customers, follow up on handled cases, and act as internal support for the sales organization. The role is characterized by a strong customer focus where you are the technical expert for customers and help them in their daily lives, whether facing big or small problems. The role is varied and suits you who enjoy both technology and customer contact.
Your profile
To succeed in the role of First Line Support, we believe you are a person who enjoys helping others and is motivated by providing excellent service. You have a good technical understanding and enjoy solving problems while having patience and a professional attitude in customer interactions.
We also believe that you are structured and can handle multiple cases simultaneously without losing focus or quality. You are curious, driven, and have a desire to develop long-term within technology and support. Since the work is done closely with colleagues, it is also important that you are collaborative and unpretentious in your way of working.
Requirements for the position:
- Good technical understanding and genuine technical interest
- Very strong customer focus and good communication skills
- Spoken and written Swedish and English
Merits for the position:
- Previous experience within telecom or support functions
