ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work in our night patrol. The work is based in Boden, but you should be comfortable working independently in the Boden/Luleå area during nighttime. We currently offer hourly temporary positions as needed, as well as summer temporary positions during July. Some hourly temporary work may also be needed in June and August.
The working hours are as follows:
- Monday–Thursday 22:00–06:00
- Friday–Sunday 21:00–06:00
Start date is by agreement.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The night patrol primarily performs planned visits. The interventions with clients vary depending on the clients' needs. Inre Kraft provides a company car that you use to travel between assignments.
ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for you who enjoy working independently and are comfortable making your own decisions. Furthermore, we see that you are responsible, receptive, and structured.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
- Category B driver's license
MERITS
- Good experience with night driving
- Experience working in healthcare and social care
- Experience working via phone – calls from our clients are common.
Employment level: Hourly temporary now + summer temporary June–August
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
