Just north of Visby's city walls, where the sea meets history, you will find NOVI Resort – a modern resort and hotel experience with the feeling of being abroad, yet at home in Sweden.

We offer a unique combination of beachside relaxation, pool life, great food, and proximity to Visby's city pulse and Gotland's beautiful nature.

Due to an unfortunate resignation, we need to supplement our reception team during weeks 24–32.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to be part of our team and give our guests a magical first meeting and an unforgettable experience at NOVI Resort. If you love taking care of people and thrive in a dynamic environment, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our reception is fast-paced from morning to evening with many varied tasks. Our booking desk is open daily, all days of the week, where we help guests with all the information they need to plan their stay with us.

Job Description:

Check-in and check-out.
Guest handling and service support.
Booking of our activities.
Guest information about our resort and what Gotland has to offer.
Booking and support of accommodation.
Responding to incoming emails and booking inquiries.
General support regarding NOVI Resort.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is at least 20 years old.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
Previous experience with hotel booking systems is an advantage but not a requirement.
Enjoy providing high service and giving our guests a magical first meeting and an unforgettable experience at NOVI Resort.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
