Welcome to Salthamn. The old mink farm by the sea just north of Visby has been given new life in recent years. Here, Jacqueline Raymond has returned to her childhood home to lay the foundation for something entirely new. A growing event and banquet business has, since 2022, been expanded with a popular summer restaurant and bar in the beautiful inner courtyard of the Factory.

After a few successful years, we look forward to another season and are looking for you who want to join us in continuing to build a meeting place for everyone, where food and drink are in focus.

For the summer season of 2026, we are now looking for:

Service/Bar and Café Staff

We are looking for stars in service and bar work for our summer restaurant at Salthamn, as well as for our food truck with lunch and café operations.

Do you want to be part of our team and, in a completely unique environment, create memorable experiences during the summer season at one of Gotland's most unique locations?

We are looking for you who are positive, have strong social skills, and can contribute to creating hospitality of the absolute best class for our visitors.

With previous experience from restaurant, bar, or café operations, you are attentive, curious, and self-starting, and can make your own decisions when needed.

You have an eye for what needs to be prioritized and thrive especially on being present in the dialogue with the guest.

The tasks vary and include both day and evening work, in both the restaurant, café, and banquet operations.

Here we are a great team in a beautiful environment by the sea, just a stone's throw from the pulse of Visby.

We unfortunately do not have the opportunity to offer accommodation at Salthamn, which must be arranged by the applying candidates.
